If studio owner/ User is unsatisfied with the freelancer/ studio work, getclicker will not be liable for the same

Both freelancer and studio owner should co-ordinate effectively with each other to get the best result.Also, studio owner is responsible to provide the quality of service to the user

Though get-clicker strive to provide the best services to the user of the app

The freelancer has to bear the cost of travelling to venue. In an unfortunate event If something happens to the freelancer while travelling, the freelancer alone would be responsible for the events and results.Getclicker won’t bear any medication cost or any penalty

GETCLICKER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES OR GOODS REQUESTED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. The types of personal information we collect and hold

We collect personal information about our users in order provide our products, services, and customer support. Our products, services, and customer support are provided through many platforms including but not limited to: websites, phone apps, email, and telephone. Users can stop us from collecting data from other platforms by removing our access on the other platform or by contacting our support team.

Users have the ability to invite non-users to our platform by providing contact details such as email address. In these situations, the information will be collected and stored by us to contact the non-user and to prevent abuse of the invite systems.

Your payment provider may transmit information about the payment that we may collect or process.

Much of the data we collect is in order to facilitate contracts between users, facilitate payments, and provide protection for the legitimate users of our marketplace – these data uses are protected against the below rights.

You have the right to:

Human review of automated decision making / profiling – In the case of our ranking algorithms, it is not possible to exercise this right as this ranking is a fundamental part of the marketplace that users participate in, opting out would mean not being able to participate in the marketplace. Decisions affecting marketplace security are already reviewed by humans.

Direct marketing and profiling – users can control what emails they receive through their settings page.

Erasure – Most personal information and user generated content cannot be deleted as they are used to support contracts between users, document financial transactions, and are used in providing protecting other legitimate users of the marketplace. In the case of non-personal data that can be linked with personal data, it will either be erased or otherwise anonymised from the personal data.

Temporary restriction to processing – under certain circumstances you may exercise this right, in particular if you believe that the personal data we have is not accurate, or you believe that we do not have legitimate grounds for processing your information. 3. REFUNDS RULES

  • Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a Products and Services. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by You is refunded.
  • You can cancel the order after the Date of Transaction and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
  • We will not process a return if You have placed the order for the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product or service.
  • Return or refund shall only be considered once the Customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.
  • If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defects, We will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be Your responsibility.
  • Once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option.
  • Please be informed that the products purchased using the Cash on Delivery option will be refunded to the Bank account with the details provided by you to Us.

4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSIT

  • Replacement can be made if the Customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which You received with the damaged product.

5. ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED

  • If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact Your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) Business Days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.

6. EXEMPTIONS

  • Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, We may refuse to provide repair, replacement,or refund for a product or service you purchased if:
  • I. the product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc.).
    II. if the product has been used or opened.
    Ill. the products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
    IV. misused the product in a way that caused the problem.
    V. You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before
    you purchased it.
    VI. Gifts or free services.
    VI. the product is broken, tampered or damaged.
    VIll. the product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.
    IX. Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • Apart from the aforementioned goods and services, the following goods and services are not eligible for a refund: Clicker Service Fee

7. SHIPPING COST

  • Any shipping cost for returning the products will be incurred by Us.

8. YOUR DATA

  • The privacy of your data supplied to Us during the return and refund procedure is also governed by our privacy policy.

9. RESPONSE TIME

  • Responses are normally processed within 14 Business Days after the completion of quality checks of the product returned.
  • The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.
